The Hawthorne

2 Bedrooms and 2 baths.  1279 gross square feet PLUS the basement, the garage, and the terrace.

The entry way shown here exists in some Hawthorne's and is modified in others.  

Entry is into a large living/dining area.  All units have a gas fireplace.  The kitchen is supplied with quality General Electric appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, refrigerator with ice-maker).  All bedrooms have ceiling fans.  The master bath has a large integral shower while the main bath has a tub/shower.  Stairs lead directly into your private basement.
