We do an Exit Interview will all residents that leave.  We ask them why they left?  Did we disappoint them?  Anything wrong?  Anything right?

For Folks in Roscoe and the greater Rockford/Beloit area, here is what we see in those results:

About how we handled their requests for service or repairs:

"Any request was always honored and remedied in a very timely way.  The refrigerator was not operating properly when we first moved in.  It was found to be defective and replaced very quickly."

How did the staff treat you?

Very sad to leave.  I would highly recommend the gardens to others.  Kelly works quite hard & brings everyone together.  The staff is great and gets things done when needed.

The entire staff was very congenial.  They organized holiday gatherings, planned cook-outs at the pool and sent monthly newsletters.  They made sure we had numbers to call for any emergency."

May 20, 2008- We are moving because we've purchased a home.  It is with mixed feelings that we leave The Gardens on Prairie Rose.  We've enjoyed getting to know the staff, making new friends, and attending community activities.  It is as if we are leaving extended family.  We would highly recommend The Gardens on Prairie Rose to anyone looking to rent.  -Matt, Angie, Addy and Rigg Sievers-
